Parents with Pram Parking
Pram parking spaces are conveniently located at most entrances to the centre. Just park and stroll right in.

Parents’ Rooms
Our comfortable parents’ rooms are located on level 4 through the food court, level 3 past Mister Minit and to left and level 2 next to The Reject Shop. They offer multiple feeding rooms, child and adult toilets, nappy changing areas, televisions, play equipment and a microwave.

Breastfeeding Mums
Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown welcomes breastfeeding. Feel free to breastfeed your little one anytime, anywhere in the shopping centre.

Kids’ Playground
Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown play area is available for little ones to enjoy, located on level 4 outside Kmart.

Senior Discounts

If you are a State Government Seniors or Carers Card holder, you’re entitled to loads of discounts whilst shopping at Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown. Enquire with individual stores to receive your Seniors Discount.

Wheelchair Hire

Wheelchairs are available for loan, free of charge during your shopping visit to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown. To book a wheelchair or for more information about this service, please contact the Centre Management Office on (07) 3273 5611 during office hours 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, alternatively you can email us [email protected].

Please check for any lost and found property at our Centre Management Office located upstairs on level 4 through the food court, alternatively you can contact the office on (07) 3273 5611.


For your convenience we have various ATM’s located throughout the Centre, with access to most major banks.

Commonwealth Bank ATM located on level 4, external to branch opposite Australia Post.
Commonwealth Bank ATM located on level 2, opposite Mister Minit.

Bank of QLD ATM located on level 4, connected to branch.

NAB ATM located on level 4, connected to branch.


Community Noticeboard

A community noticeboard is located in the corridor on level 3 just past Mister Minit and to the left. This is great for advertising community groups and not-for-profit organisations to promote events and fundraising activities. Please visit the Centre Management Office if you would like to advertise here.
